Solomon 4 is located directly east of Solomon 3 (the empty lot to the right of Solomon 3 in the picture below).  We will hold a ground breaking ceremony for Solomon 4.  All are welcome to join with city officials and volunteers to celebrate this occasion.  Refreshments will be served.
