David J. Carroll - Executive Director. David joined NGNS in November 2010 bringing years of business and non-profit experience to the organization.
Very Rev. Gary Meier, V.F. - President of NGNS.  Fr. Gary was ordained in 1998 and transferred to Sts. Teresa and Bridget Church in 2005. Shortly after being transferred, he founded NGNS.
Donna Torrillo - Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.  Donna co-founded NGNS while also acting as Executive Director of Construction Industries Credit Bureau.
Sister Pat Bober - A Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, she is the Director of the After School Program and coordinator of youth outreach at Sts. Teresa and Bridget Parish.
Lisa Smith - Director of the High School Enrichment Program. Lisa brings with her 23 years of elementary education and youth group leadership.
Marty Meier -  Solomon Project Director.  Marty has many years of experience in construction and as a personnel manager, making him an invaluable component of the NGNS team.
Jesús Figueroa- Program Director of Angel Baked Cookies.  Jesús is a Washington University  alum with experience in youth development and a growing interest in social enterprise
Carla Jones- Program Manager of Angel Baked Cookies.  Carla was a long time volunteer, since NGNS was founded.  Today she works for Angel Baked Cookies, helping the angels lead prayer and with every aspect of running a bakery.  Her training as a campus minister makes her well suited to working with the teens of Angel Baked. Lora Moore- Assistant Program Manager of Angel Baked Cookies.  Lora was one of the original angels who helped Fr. Gary found Angel Baked Cookies.  Today, she assists part-time in the bakery as well as helping with sales.
