In the time of King David, the Lord promised that his son Solomon would build a house in His honor. Solomon fulfilled this calling by building the Temple, and a reign of peace followed.

Today, the Solomon Project carries that spirit forward — building homes in honor of the Lord and recognizing that we ourselves are temples of the Holy Spirit. Created by NGNS (North Grand Neighborhood Services), the Solomon Project is dedicated to bringing affordable housing to the North St. Louis community.

This mission is made possible through the generosity of volunteer laborers, financial supporters, and donors who provide building materials. Volunteer groups give their time and energy under the guidance of a qualified general contractor, watching their project grow from the very first step to the moment it’s complete.
