This is our current project. This long vacant building was once a 2 family residence but has been in disrepair for years. It was built in 1899 and will be transformed into a single family residence with 4 bedrooms.
3630 Garfield
NGNS purchased this house from the St. Louis LRA in September 2021. The house had been abandoned since 2008 and was been a nuisance property for the residents along Garfield. Completed in late 2024, this house has been transformed into a beautiful 3 bedroom home for a first-time homeowner.
2423 Fall Ave
Located next to our NGNS office, this complete gut rehab was completed in May 2023. It has transformed the street and provided a great house for a first-time homeowner!
