NGNS purchased this house from the St. Louis LRA in September 2021. The house had been abandoned since 2008 and has been a nuisance property for the residents along Garfield. We are transforming this derelict building into a 3 bedroom home for a family in need!
2423 Fall Ave
Located next to our NGNS office, this complete gut rehab was completed in May 2023. It has transformed the street and provided a great house for a first-time homeowner!
